Lady Marigold goes to the editor
I still have one chapter to write for book one of Lady Marigold’s Murder Mysteries, but it’s so close I can taste it.
Unfortunately, I have a bad cold and didn’t have enough creative energy to tackle it today.
Instead, got in touch with my editor and sent her the first 10,000 words to line and copy edit.
Then I spent the rest of the day editing my way through the manuscript.
This is the second pass through, so I’ve changed the look of the document to help find typos and other errors.
Black background, white text and comic sans is ugly—but very effective.
